Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Deal directly with Person in-charge outlet either by telephone, electronically or face to face § Respond promptly and log in report into system § Provide first level support troubleshooting and resolve problems § Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints § Perform store/outlet verifications § process orders, forms, applications and requests § Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource § Keep records of customer interactions and transactions § Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints § Record details of actions taken § communicate and coordinate with internal departments § follow up on pending cases to respective person in-charge
Skills Required
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Information Technology or expertise in computer Software/Hardware
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related fields
• Good basic knowledge of computer Software/hardware, Internet connection (How to configuration Dial-up & Streamyx), server storage and computer component • Good understanding of network technology
• Knowledge of telephone, audio/video and voice system
• Good command of both verbal and written Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proactive and a team player with good personality and initiative |
